IF analysis of HeLa cells labeling PABPN1 with purified PABPN1 Rabbit mAb (Ab119979) at 1/200 dilution. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature.
